Jeffery S. Smith, AIA, Architect & Vice President

Jeffery has more than 18 years of experience in practicing architecture. His project experience is well-rounded and includes: multi-family housing, senior independent housing, assisted-living, skilled care, memory care, hotels, restaurants, financial institutions, religious structures, convention and civic centers, full and limited-service hotels, educational buildings, and industrial and manufacturing facilities.

He is a member of the development Issues Impact Group for the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, the Southeast Rotary Club of Springfield, and serves on the Professional Advisotry Councils of Hammons School of Architecture at Drury University and the College of Architecture at Kansas State University.

Jeffery also has 10 years of experience evaluation services and property inspections, working directly with Mortgage Companies, Tax Credit Investment Companies, Bond Houses, State Housing, Finance Agencies, Non Profit Housing Corporations and The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
