Because of his extensive knowledge and accomplished expertise in this field, he is often called upon by industry leaders for guidance and advice in this sector.

His vast expertise in evaluating multi-family housing and providing quality architectural services for the renovation of existing housing led him to the appointment of Missouri Housing Development Commission’s Committee for the Preservation of Housing. He has trained his staff in all aspects of this sector and has assembled a team of seasoned veterans in the field of property evaluation and inspections services as they relate to multi-family housing and medical facilities. This approach has set his firm apart from the rest and gained him a considerable reputation as an expert in this arena.

With a total of more than 40 years of experience as an architect, Philip has orchestrated hundreds of projects that encompass all areas of commercial, industrial, educational, religious and residential settings.
